At Damask Fashion, we carefully inspect our products before dispatch to ensure that you receive your order in good condition. Please read the following Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product received significantly differs from the confirmed order.
Any issue must be reported to Damask Fashion within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Customized products such as bridal lehengas, maggam work, pattern blouses, customized dresses, and other personalized outfits are generally not eligible for return or refund, as they are prepared specifically according to the customer’s requirements.
3. Product Condition
To be eligible for an approved return:
- The product must be unused and unworn.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories should be intact.
- The product should not have been altered, washed, damaged, or modified by the customer.
4. Return Request
Customers should contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order and provide:
- Order details
- Reason for return
- Clear photographs or videos showing the issue
- Any other information requested by our team
Our team will review the request and determine whether the product qualifies for a return or replacement.
5. Refunds
If a refund is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed through the applicable payment method or as otherwise communicated by Damask Fashion.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
6. Exchanges
Where applicable, an exchange may be offered for products that are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following products may not be eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized products
- Altered garments
- Used or worn products
- Products damaged due to improper handling or care
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Products returned after the applicable return period
8. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a confirmed defect, damage, or incorrect product supplied by Damask Fashion, return shipping arrangements may be provided as applicable.
Returns for reasons not covered by this policy may be subject to shipping or other applicable charges.
9. Cancellation
Order cancellation may be possible only before the product has entered production, customization, or dispatch. Once customization or production has started, cancellation may not be possible.
